Both sides had early sights of goal, but it was Ipswich who had the first shot on target of the match as Conor Townsend picked the ball up in space down the left flank. His cross looped onto the head of Nathan Broadhead, who flicked it up into the gloves of Matz Sels. A good opportunity, but a fairly comfortable save.
