There's a new way that Ipswich Town fans can support the fantastic community work being done by the club's charitable arm.

After a six-year hiatus, the Community Trust was relaunched in 2019 and later rebranded as the Ipswich Town Foundation in 2022.

diverse range of programmes - school holiday camps, disability sessions, a dementia café and refugees football to name just a few - are designed to engage, inspire and develop as many people across Suffolk as possible using the power of the Ipswich Town badge.

At present, more than 9,000 young people and vulnerable adults are currently engaged on a weekly basis and the Foundation wants to do much more with the support of those that are in a position to provide it.

A new fundraising initiative, dubbed 'Friend of the Foundation', allows fans to donate £2.50, £5, or £10 per month, with each package providing exclusive rewards to those who sign up. There are corporate options too.

“We’re thrilled to launch our new fundraising initiative,” said Dan Palfrey, the director of the Foundation.

“This will provide vital income to allow us to continue our programmes and engagements to the local community.

“We are acutely aware that the need in the community is growing, therefore, 'Friend of the Foundation', will enable us to reach more people and groups in the community that are in need.

“The supporters and local business community have been incredibly generous over the last 12 months, and we hope that we can continue to represent you with pride in the community by making a positive difference to the lives of people.”
